I bought a Vauxhall Mokka from Rightway Motors a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the experience. The whole team were incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding, never pushy at any point.
They let me test drive the car three times in total: once on a Saturday morning, again on Saturday evening, and then once more on Sunday morning before we decided to purchase. I was given plenty of time to think and felt completely comfortable throughout.
They were very fair and understanding when it came to purchasing the car, discussing warranties, and also with the part exchange of my old car.
Adam, who helped me was especially great. He was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and even when we initially left without buying, he never rushed or brushed us off.
The aftercare has been excellent too. After purchase, the parking sensors stopped working. Adam came out to check the car, arranged for the issue to be fixed, and even had the car returned back to my house, which was really appreciated.

Fantastic service, phoned up on the day to check if the car I was interested in was still available and arranged a time to go and view it. When we arrived the car was ready to test drive.
So welcoming and friendly salesman. From start to finish they where very informative and discussed all the details with us about the car. They offered a great price, MOT and delivery service to our home. Fantastic service!!!!
Great communication, always on the end of the phone to answer any questions.
First time buying from Rightway Motors, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a used car.

Excellent service from the initial enquiry to picking up my new vehicle. Adam the salesman was professional throughout the process. There was no pushy sales tactics like I've experienced in the past. Fantastic experience, I called up regarding a vehicle I had seen online, within 10 minutes a video of the vehicle was sent over highlighting the condition and features of the car, they gave me a price for my car over the phone. When I attended the site the next day that stood on there price for my vehicle even though they noticed a scratch that I didn't realise was there, their vehicle was ready upon arrival, and it was exactly as described. Overall a nice, easy and stress free experience, would definitely recommend

I recently purchased a vehicle from this motor company and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the start, they were fantastic— they were patient showing us around. They offered a great price for the car's age, and the entire team was exceptionally friendly and hospitable.
The initial purchase included a reassuring 3-month warranty. After taking the car home, I discovered a couple of issues, which, to be honest, were common for a car of this age. I informed the team, and their response was truly exceptional.
The very next day, they arranged to pick up the car, despite the journey being a 150-mile round trip for them. Their garage inspected the car and found that the necessary fixes would total around £1000. They committed to fixing everything under the warranty and in less than a week, they had the car delivered back to me, with every issue fully sorted.
This level of service and commitment is rare. They are an honest, reliable, and friendly team who stand by their vehicles and their word. I totally recommend them to anyone looking for a used car and exceptional aftercare.
